Recruitment Process

Our external recruitment process is very 'lean' with a maximum of 3 interviews per candidate with a mix of videoconferencing and travel to the site to introduce our future talent to the new working environment.

Onboarding

Integration into our teams begins at the recruitment interview and continues for a year after effective entry into the group, in particular:

• the establishment of pre-onboarding (regular contact before taking up the position),
• the course is personalized and adapted by the manager according to the position occupied,
• an astonishment report set up after one week and then at the end of the trial period.
