Our external recruitment process is very 'lean' with a maximum of 3 interviews per candidate with a mix of videoconferencing and travel to the site to introduce our future talent to the new working environment.
Integration into our teams begins at the recruitment interview and continues for a year after effective entry into the group, in particular:
- the establishment of pre-onboarding (regular contact before taking up the position),
- the course is personalized and adapted by the manager according to the position occupied,
- an astonishment report set up after one week and then at the end of the trial period.
